I am on my second round of their 3-year maintenance program. They've always been very responsive, thorough, and accommodating. The technicians are competent, friendly, and clearly communicate any rodent issues and exclusion remedies. I will renew their maintenance plan again.

On time, quick and professional!

Alley Cat provided excellent communication, a thorough inspection and clear documentation of the proposed and completed work to rid my home of a rat infestation. The crew were timely, professional, courteous, took care to protect my property, and cleaned up thoroughly after the job each day.

Alley cat did a great job. We were really happy with service, result and price. The only thing we didn't understand was that with live mouse traps after setting them they wanted to wait 2-3 weeks to check them. But the rats would have died being trapped that long. I had to release the rats myself (the very next day). Not a huge deal, but didn't understand that policy.

Professional,good follow through. Every interaction was very positive from the initial call and visit and subsequent interaction leading to a visit from three of the team to shore up our house on several levels from the pests.

Work nicely done. Was on time and finished entire work efficiently.
