Alley Cat - Rodent Exclusion CompanyReviews of alleycatusa.com

The work was done efficiently and cleanly. Unfortunately the unplugged a connection of unit e to its sewage pump and I had to call in a plumber to reconnect it. Otherwise they did a good job

On time, personable, explained what was being done and headed out. All good.

Yonklin was efficient and did a great job!

Very thorough and professional!! Job well done!

He explained clearly what he was planning to do and what he did. (He showed me before/after photos which helped.) He answered all the questions I had.

Mario arrived on time, closed entry points other technicians had missed and provided education re: “the process” of rodent removal. He was also very courteous and friendly.

Our technician was very knowledgeable and polite.

Anibal’s team was supreme! His team worked on my place for almost 2 days. He added bonus mesh to spots which allows me to feel secure with the prevention of future incidents. Another team worked on my neighbor’s and they forgot to add mesh to the gutter drain openings. When I checked in with Anibal, he had his team respond quickly and did it for my neighbor.
