I am very pleased with the quality of the handbag I received. I have purchased authentic LV bags over the past 20 years and I honestly can't discern the difference in the craftsmanship or the material of the bag and wallet I received. I was impressed with the communication by the customer service staff. There was only one small hiccup after the notification of the bag being completed and awaiting the USPS label pickup and the tracking link. However, once I contacted customer service, they responded promptly. It did take a little over 3 weeks to receive the bag. I can truly say, it was worth the extra time. I have already gotten compliments on the bag. I am not disappointed and will make additional purchases in the future.

We also really appreciate your patience with the small tracking hiccup and are glad our team was able to jump in quickly to help. Hearing that the bag was worth the wait — and that you’re already getting compliments — absolutely makes our day! Thank you again for your trust and support. We can’t wait to help you with your next purchase!

I was very impressed with the quality of the handbag. It’s identical to the real thing. They have good communication. It took almost 3 weeks to arrive but well worth the wait.
