I placed an order and no one has responded to my messenger - the respond email does not work- this company is a scam. Have to wait for my credit card payment to post so I can dispute. Please do not waste your money or you will be scammed.

I purchased 2 bags. Although they are beautiful, they have a very bad oder. I will never use them with this smell. it has been 2 weeks and smell is still as strong. also the free wallet is a different color than the bag. I was very very disappointed.

I purchased a bag from here and it never arrived. After multiple requests to the company to inquire about the status i was told it was seized by customs. Although they did refund the amount i paid which i greatly appreciated they also said as a courtesy they were going to reship the bag complementarily along with a complementary LV bracelet to make up for the amount of time that had passed and the lack of customer service regarding the original bag shipping status. I did not expect the complementary bag and bracelet but was very happy with that part of customer satisfaction. It’s been a very long time since they said they would send me tracking information for this gift and all of my emails were ignored. I realize this is a gift and it was a lovely gesture but if they weren’t going to honor it i wish they had told me so rather than ignore me. I did not order this bag from a different company since i expected it from Alleyaccessories. I wish the communication was better from the get go as they would have never even told me about my original bag being seized if i wasnt relentless about contacting them. Very poor communication and i would not recommend doing business with this company

This place/company/people are all a scam. I purchased a purse combo with scarf and wallet in December 3rd. With expected delivery before Christmas. On the 22 I get an email thst my items have been confiscated by customs but the company will resend another purse at no cost (obviously, I wasn't going to pay a dime) so I accepted with a new delivery date of January 17th. On the 10th I get another email stating the same thing! And they offered another purse!! I was very angry at this point, I asked for a refund till this date no money yet. I will call credit card tomorrow to figure this out. Waste of time..

I gave it one star because it wouldn't let me write a review without rating the product, but I would give it zero stars if I could. I bought two backpacks that they claimed were high-quality. They sent me one that was dented and had torn fabric, and another that costs $100 at other stores, but they sell it for over $200. They didn't send me the backpack they advertised in the picture, which was the one I had ordered. I spent more than 15 days sending messages, but they never responded. $450 wasted, because they kept my money and I ended up with two unusable backpacks; they didn't resolve the problem. Do not buy from this company. In a previous order, they also sent me a backpack with a damaged zipper, although on that occasion they did resolve the issue.

Horrible customer service. Product arrived damaged and poorly made. Website states refund will be given and shipping would be covered by them as well. I sent back the items and NEVER heard back from them to get the shipping cost refunded. Never ordering from here again. They stopped responding all together once they received the return.

I ordered from this company early December and paid the upgraded shipping to be “Guaranteed” it would arrive before Christmas. After having to message the company multiple times to receive a response they ran me through hoops and the item is stuck in customs due to the company apparently not being descriptive on what they are shipping. A complete let down, and with no resolution in sight, seems to be a scam.

Horrible quality. So disappointed. I knew the risk I was taking when I ordered the handbag. All I can say is I wouldn't order from this company ever again.
