So far so good. Been taking my spray for about a month now. I had HORRID post nasal drip that could not be controlled for years via doctors. Everyone from my primary, to allergists to an ENT prescibed me crap. I had 4 bottles plus a powder I had to add to a saline rinse at one point. Everything in one bottle...all meds that combine to tackle my issues has alleviated all of my facial pressure and almost 100% of my post nasal drainage.
