My husband left Kindle on plane. Allegiant called (that was good) and said to pick it up. Allegiant said they would be at ticket counter from 8-12. I went to Pgd. Waited in line. Allegiant employee refused to go grab Kindle until line was completely gone. Seriously? It would have taken 2 minutes. I waited over hour before they would wait on me. Employee on phone should have told me what time to come. Would have saved us all time & trouble. 👿

This was, without a doubt, the most horrible customer service experience I have ever had. First, it took 1 hr and 47 minutes to connect to an agent. Then, the agent was rude and by her tone of voice you could tell she did not care. I will be dropping my credit card as a “preferred” customer and I will fly United for my future travels.

Flights are constantly delayed and redelayed no matter what. It can be a perfectly sunny day and you’ll end up sitting at the airport for no reason. The sign of a few clouds will hold you on the ground. Allegiant is truly a garbage airline that took service away from spirit and had it shutdown. I’d prefer to be on that airbus than this fake airline that has somehow held out over the years.

Absolute cr@p airlines. I’ve flown three times between Mesa and Moline and every flight has been delayed. Two legs were six hours delayed due to mechanical issues and missing crew.

Seems to me like half of the fleet of planes this airline has have mechanical issues. I had a flight home from Boise, Idaho to John Wayne in Orange County, CA. Flight was scheduled for 2:20pm and they advise you to arrive early. I got there at 11:45am and not only do they not have kiosk, there was no employees at the counter. Stood in line for 30 minutes before they finally had agents show up. Check in my suitcase and halfway through TSA I get a text alerting me my flight has been delayed to 3:15pm. Okay. Not so bad, but everytime it got close to 2 hours before departure it kept delaying. I went to go ask for information and no employees again at the counter. They had my suitcase and I felt like I was held hostage at the airport. Finally at 4:30pm an agent showed up at the counter only to be told the original plane has mechanical issues and another plane from Las Vegas was going to be sent. No offers for partial or full refunds. What should of been a 4 hour process to get home ended up being 12 1/2 hours. Completely ridiculous. Weather issues I understand. It's out of their control. But this is on them. This is not my first time traveling with them and having mechanical issues with their planes. Has happened over about a half dozen times, but never to this extreme. If it's mechanical issues, let me know towards the beginning for crying out loud, so if I want to, I can reschedule. Not sit at an airport all freaking day!! And have employees at the counter during operating flights! Horrible company. Bad business. They have officially lost my business. I advise avoiding Allegiant airlines at all cost!

If Trust Pilot would accept negative numbers, I would enter -5 stars! Right now it is 7/14/26 and my flight #2878 was scheduled for 8:32 AM and it is now 1 pm with no end point in sight for departure, why, it is NOT Weather or anything beyond their control. The Reason is that the scheduled crew has to attend required training”Required Training”. If they flunk we are outta luck! What kind of company schedules flights without a qualified crew available? Or schedules “training” at the same time a crew is supposed to be in flight? WTF? The FAA should hand their “ass” to them, this is NOT some “act of god” but incompetence!

they were fast on credit card application but the rewards for doing so never showed up. Customer service phone number states 14 hours for an agent. How do you speak to these people? Chat does not work and the phone number states 14 hours.

Absolutely ridiculous! I have never been more upset over a flight in my life! First it was delayed 3 hours right off the get go (ok fine. We will deal). Then they forced us to get on the flight even though the airport announced everything was grounded. I asked why we needed to board and got the worst attitude saying it will be 30 minutes maybe and if I don’t they’ll leave without me. 3 hours later STILL GROUNDED they don’t even have the decency to update us. They just served us complimentary expired snacks and a half a glass of water. Just absurd.
