DO NOT FLY WITH ALLEGIANT!!!! This was THE WORST flight experience of my life. My returning flight home got CANCELLED LAST MINUTE and these amazing agents did not want to help with finding us another flight. YOU cancelled it so YOU need to fix it. How do they get away with this is beyond me. They simply said here’s your refund now go figure it out! (Which wasn’t even a full refund) Like hello we have lives we need to go live and other flights to catch this is not ok??? Ended up spending half the day trying to find another flight spent more money on a last minute flight ticket than I did during my whole vacation, nice... DO NOT FLY WITH ALLEGIANT!!!!!

They brag about their bonus programs with Bank of America neither they or Bank of America can find them called over the last year at least 12 times I waited once over an hour till someone answered they had no clue the bank was almost as bad I use allegiant a lot just want to find points

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH ALLEGIANT I ADVISE ANYONE THAT WAS CONSIDERING TO FLY WITH THEM TO THINK AGAIN

Allan Tooraen, i feel you. I got the same sad experience with allegiantair people. Now i understand why the flight is cheap because they employ people who doesn't seem to know what they are doing. We had a 5:54pm flight from las vegas to california last feb 2, 2017. We got to the airport around 4:20, went to check in, there was a young black girl and a chubby hispanic older lady at the check in counter, who were just chatting because there was nobody checking in except us. We gave our printed tickets and IDs when the black girl said "oh the gates are closed. The latina lady answered, "Really? Sorry, i could not print your boarding pass anymore. You should have been here 2 hours before the flight!" And shoved back to us our etickets and IDs. Seriously?? What airline closes gate more that 1 1/2 hour the scheduled flight??? We were sooo frustrated and wondering what to do....when the other lady on the further side said we could still check in. What are they doing? The two allegiantair check in ladies were laughing and blaming each other like kids. They were so rude and so unprofessional. I have been to many airlines and this is the cheapest and worst experience i ever had! And the other sad news? The flight was even delayed! I will never ever fly with this airline again. And flying with them is just like riding a bus. A bumpy and noisy bus!

Never have I had such a horrible experience with an Airline. I arrived an hour before my flight with only one carry on bag. The Allegiantair counter was deserted and after waiting for ten minutes the Alaska Air people at the next counter said they would go find an Allegiantair agent. The agent appeared a few minutes later and said they were closed and she would not print me a boarding pass. She was very rude and aggressive also . She told me to download their app on Google and it would give get me a boarding pass. She said you need to head to the gate now. The app came up and said Mobil checkin is closed. When I got to TSA they would not let me to the gate and asked who sent me . When I told them Allegiantair they said they must be nuts , they should know you cannot get through security without a boarding pass. My printer was broken so I thought I could simply get a boarding pass..wrong. On my ticket it says that bags can be checked until 45 minutes before flights, but the Allegiantair counter was closed. So I missed my flight and they refused to reschedule and said they would not have another flight until the 4th of August but since I missed my flight I would have to pay again. Several of the other Allegiant employees said they could not understand why the agent would not print me a boarding pass since there was plenty of time for me to make the flight. God help you if you loose your boarding pass and you are flying with Allegiantair. I am filing a complaint with the FAA and the TSA.Next on to Yelp ! Sometimes you don't even get what you pay for .
