Terrible, horrible and downright awful airline.first off they are always delayedFor there flights.both me and my husband got a round-trip ticket to Las Vegas from Knoxville TN and they had a 2 hour delay Wich kept getting longer and longer and eventually made me miss my appointment,Wich was the whole reason we were going there anyway so then we can't get anyone that works thereto give you any information and is very rude ,the plane was dirty and the flight attendants were very rude and disrespectful,I guess the only reason so many people use this airline is because of the price is much cheaper than other flights but it's not worth it,it was my first time with them and my last time,I rather pay the extra money and then they double billed me for$356.00 2 times and that is not just a little bit of money and still waiting to get my money back as we speak then they charge you for drinks $4.00 a can coke on the plane and with other airlines it would be free then my husband is a diabetic and was having a low sugar and they still would not help us by not even letting us but one because the time was over to buy snacks she said,Wich I had brought my own drinks for him just in case he had a low sugar but the security said no drinks and threw all my drinks away and also a pocket knife I had in my purse they threw it away and my shampoo and conditioner that I had just paid$25 dollars for but not a half hour later I see them letting other people bring the same items through the line.thete are just so many different things I can keep on saying bad about this airline it was horrible and I hope nobody else has to go through what we went through also my husband has multiple scorosis and I had put his scooter on his ticket to bring with us and they would not let him bring it back so we had to leave it and trust me I complained but all they would say is that,we can let you stay here with the scooter if you would like,yeah right, like I'm going to let my flight leave without me and my sick husband that has multiple scorosis and diabetes!! Then to top it off they broke the whole top of my brand new suitcase they had a crack along the whole top from wheel to wheel and I have been trying to call and email and do everything to get in touch with someone (supervisor) to get something done about this , and I don't want to talk to a representative because they will never do anything because they don't have authority to do nothing for you so don't even waist your time go straight for some one in charge

If we could give 0 stars, we would. Our first flight from Knoxville to Fort Lauderdale was delayed 30 minutes due to incoming flight delay. Then once on the plane there was another delay of 30-45 minutes for paperwork. Then they announced that there was a missing screw found on flight inspection for one of the exterior panels and they de-boarded the plane to fix it. We were then back waiting in the airport for another hour. Once we finally arrived in our destination, 2 hours later than expected, we had to wait 20+ minutes on the tarmac because our gate was occupied. The flight attendants were helpful in moving us up front so that as soon as we parked we could try to run to our next flight, unfortunately with all the delays we missed our connecting flight from Fort Lauderdale to New Orleans. Once we got off the plane and our next flight had taken off without us, we went to Allegiant’s desk and manager JP was very helpful and instructed us on how to call customer service and what to say. He was also very compassionate. Both the flight attendants and JP shared there was nothing they could do, but assured us that in calling customer service, they would be able to help with our current situation. As one of the top 10 airlines in the US with over 2.6 billion in capital gains, I would think they would be able to take care of us. However, that was clearly not the case, nor their priority to take care of us, and that was definitely what was communicated to us. We called customer service and talked to Danielle. She was horrible. She first made this out to be our fault and shared that when the flight was delayed we should have called, however it was delayed 4 times. We were told multiple times that they do not have the capability to help us. (For the Allegiant employee reading this, I implore you to listen to this 1.5 hour conversation). Being a Knoxville native and having Allegiant as one of our main hubs it’s disappointing and baffling that this is how they would treat their customers not to mention returning customer. They intentionally left us stranded in an airport not willing to do anything about it in the middle of a pandemic. Danielle said there was nothing they could do, that she didn’t have the capability. Then she would put us on hold for a minimum of 5 minutes each time and as long as 15 minutes and come back with nothing. As someone who is in customer service and client care, this hour and a half was the worst display of customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I have never felt more helpless, disrespected, and manipulated. Danielle wouldn’t get us a return flight, or put us in a hotel in the middle of a pandemic when it was their fault we were stranded. Finally, Danielle offered to book us a return flight for 24 hours later, but shared we would still have to pay for the return flight, and still insisted that they wouldn’t get us a hotel. Finally Danielle shared that she could change our original return flight to be the flight mentioned above (24 hours later) she took our email and said she booked the flight, and then hung up on us, and never registered us for the flight or sent us the flight info. At the end of our conversation, Danielle was not apologetic and she was frustrated that I was frustrated that there was absolutely nothing being done to accommodate this awful experience, and then unapologetically hung up on me. When I asked her, “Are you really hanging up on me right now?” she replied, “I told you there is nothing we can do so I’m going to have to leave it at that,” she then thanked me for flying Allegiant, said, “I hope you have a good rest of your evening,” and then she hung up on me.

They charged my card for flight that i told them twice i did not need i already had a flight through someone else. They completely ripped me off and ive been trying to get a hold of someone for 3 hours do your self a favor use someone else

Due to coronavirus had to cancel vacation as 2 people elderly and one other recovering from lung cancer and doctor told her not to travel...Allegiant refused refunds or even vouchers for later use... pretty much not helpful at all and not on Board to help their passengers effected by the corona virus

Our flight was originally delayed by 15 minutes. As the delay stretched longer and longer, no one could officially tell us what was going on or how long we would wait, only that they would not give any refunds but that we could transfer flights to another day without penalty. However in order to even do that, we would have to leave to go to the ticketing office, which was outside the TSA security checkpoint. TSA had left by then (with stancheons up that prevented anyone from leaving), so our fear was that of we left, and didn't get rebooked, we couldn't come back and wait for our current flight since there was no security left. We waited for over 2 hours with no information. Eventually we were told that we would be leaving FOUR hours late. We eventually did, but after asking what would happen since we would arrive in Sanford five hours before the rental car agency counter opened (or three hours after it closed), we were told that we would just have to wait or ask them when we got there. When we got there there were no employees of allegiant there to ask so we asked the allegiant luggage check in supervisor, who was working with departing flights and she said she was just contracted through allegiant (though she had an allegiant shirt on and was working at an allegiant counter) and that I had to contact allegiant customer care...which was closed then since it was 4 am. She also said we would have to wait for five more hours for our rental car and there was nothing she could do even though we booked the car through allegiant. At least the rental car agency was open and had good customer service (unlike allegiant) and we didn't have to camp out for five additional hours. We heard no updates until we has already been sitting there for hours. And even when we had an update, we were never, to this day, provided with an explanation. Terrible, terrible customer service. We were there with a friend who was waiting for over 6 hours for her flight to St. Petersburg FL. This is not a stand-alone incident.

I traveled with this company Oct 13 2019, and I took my wife's keys when I was leaving Las Vegas and she was staying in Vegas for a few more day's , I gave the Ticket check in desk the Key's and gave them 20.00 dollars if the would take them , They said ok , they would put them in lost and found, so my with went to lost and found and no keys ,, So I filled out the form for lost and found and did not get a response for a week saying they have not found them , So I wrote them again telling them what happened and nothing again , so I booked a flight and went back to Vegas to find them at lost and found , The Lady was super nice at the Lost and found at baggage claim and said Yes they where turned in on Oct 16 , So I ask her can she get them for me, and she said no , they are locked in the cage , So I got a room in Vegas and called there Main office that the Lady from Allegiant gave me, The said yes we have them ! Go to the airport and ask for Evertt and he will help you! I'm Thinking praise God ! The keys are 780.00 for new ones plus my airport bill for 860.00 for parking , BUT wait Evertt said he did not have them NOW , and I was like What , Then we talked for 5 min and Bam He said did it have a Toro riding lawn mower key on it ? and I said yes, So I knew they had them , But now he is telling me He cant find them , So I Pd 380 plane ticket's 860 parking , 200 for tow truck, and 780 for new key's , Just because they lied to me 3 diff times, and Bam 15 mins ago I get a text that they have not found them, When 3 of there people had them , Really Allegiant ! I fly all the time with you , Wow

Absolute worst airline in US to deal with. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE !; official web site does not allow you to book flights (they reset to start of booking process at any point repeatedly even after submitting payment and finish booking0: you never know if your booking got made or not unless you check with your credit card company; they allow any and every third party reservationists to call themselves "official site"; they overbook an unlimited amount.. This is only a small partial list of how this company has NO RESPECT for their customers - give them your money and maybe you'll get your flight, maybe not.

I should have known better than to book with an unknown airline but I was trying to create a more economical vacation. My trip is booked for next month and I just got an email from them saying that they have changed my flight to be almost 4 hours later now. This is not acceptable!! I've flown over 5 times yearly for most of my adult life and have NEVER had an airline do that. I have scheduled my whole day (and ride to the airport) around an 11am departure and now I'm arriving at 4: 30 there so the entire day is wasted. And since I booked my trips MONTHS ago, I won't be able to find any good prices on replacement tickets, even if they did issue a refund (which I doubt they will). Spare yourself the grief and stick with the known airlines that are reliable and don't play these games - it's a mistake I'll never make again.
