Order not printed to the proof
What I received was not what I was told I was getting on the phone or on my proof

Thank you for your feedback. We provided two quotes for you in order to best suit your needs. The one for which an order was placed was for one of our rush pins, which, as was clearly indicated through email correspondence, could not be made into custom shapes. We apologize that you were not satisfied with the result, but the order was completed to the specifications that were quoted out.
