After not recieving my order, and having contact with allstars motorsport, they are not willing to help me at all, they just send me a document that says ‘deliverd’ no signature, no picture nothing.. i paid 12 euro for shipping and now that i didnt recieve my item, i have to figure it out myself.. never had such bad customer service.. never ever buying from here again.

They ripped me off a few some time ago. Sent me an item that was for the incorrect car and had me take the hit on the return costs from the UK back to France. Never buy from them.

Hi. Bought 4 Japanese wheels, 2 were delivered in a period of two months after the order was made and the other two still did not receive them! We are now entering 5 months...... They want to refund for this missing two wheels, but they do not accept back the delivered 2units. Other thing, 1 of the delivered wheels, one is bend (a new wheel) and they do not refund, replace or care about the issue (for me repair a brand-new wheel is out of the question, obviously) .... Customer support does not exist in the company... Please read always the terms, it will be clear to everyone that when something is not OK in the transaction is not their fault.... I will ask support to my lawyer With their portfolio is a shame and sad experience

Une vrai galère pour se faire remboursée, énormément de mail avec la plateforme pour finir en litige paypal car ils s'en foutent des clients, fuyez et acheter ailleurs !!!!

J acheter pour 622€ de pièces dont compris des bobines et bougie Une des bobine ne fonctionne pas Défaut de fabrication Le magasin ne veux pas rembourser Il me dise que le fabricant ne veux pas À la base c est à eux à rembourser et s arranger avec le fabricant Mais non En plus il me dise que les bobine et bougie vont sur la m4 sans carto mais ça ne va pas Ont vous promet monde et merveille pou vendre leur produit ! A déconseiller absolument !!!!!

They entered the wrong address with DPD and my package was delivered to somebody else. 280 euros down the drain. Total garbage and been waiting over 1.5 weeks.

Vraiment pas recommandable ! Vous commandé moi en 4x pas de validation commande pas de réponse au mail et une fois avoir vue la supercherie il me me rembourse 😂😂😂! Vraiment réfléchissais à se que voulais faire !
