THEY SOLD A DEFECTIVE ITEM -SCAM
I purchased an Ultrabrace rear brace for my Civic in mid-November 2025. The package arrived damaged, with clear paint scuffs on the mounting brackets. I accepted delivery with reserve. Allstars contacted the courier, but BRT was unresponsive. Allstars offered a discount on future purchases and I accepted only because the damage initially seemed cosmetic. Once fully unwrapped, it became immediately clear that the brace was kinked and structurally compromised. This level of damage could not have occurred during shipping because there were several layers of bubble wrap and none of it was damaged. In other words, Allstars SOLD and SHIPPED a DAMAGED PRODUCT. I contacted Allstars and waited until December 29th for a response but my WhatsApp message was completely ignored—no reply, no automated message, no notice of holiday closure on their website. At that point, it was obvious that they had chosen to stop responding (possibly blocking my WhatsApp) rather than taking responsibility. I escalated the issue through PayPal in an attempt to recover at least part of the nearly €200 I paid. PayPal sided with the seller because I signalled the damage after 30 days of the purchase. THEY have been extremely calculated in how they handled the matter; THEY OFFLOADED the responsibility on the CURRIER (who never actually take action for the damages during transport) WHEN IN FACT the item sold was defective from their warehouse. SUCCESSFULLY AVOIDING ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR SELLING A DAMAGED GOOD. I am now left with a brace that requires AT LEAST €100 in REPAIRS and repainting, assuming it can even be repaired safely (if I could upload images on this review, you would see the extent of the damage) and want to avoid shipping it back because before discovering the structural damage I had already started to repair the paint scuffs. This experience COMPLETELY DISQUALIFIES ALLSTARS as a SERIOUS SUPPLIER. We have 4 cars for which we buy parts regularly and will spend our money with vendors who ACTUALLY STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL and ACCEPT ACCOUNTABILITY. If Allstars finally decides to take responsibility and refund AT LEAST half of the purchase price, I will reconsider this review. Until then, this stands as a warning to all future customers. Shop with them at your own risk!!
