AljokReviews of aljok.com

Beautiful sweaters and very soft!

I received the fabric swatches I requested very quickly and accurately.

Very nice comfortable tops

This sweater was my first purchase, and I couldn't be more pleased. I ordered from the size chart, and it fits perfectly and true to size. The sweater is soft and beautiful, and washes up well following the care instructions. The order and delivery process was simple and quick. I am truly thrilled with this product!

Scam? Fraud? Either way, just terrible. Zero stars. Ordered a sweater Aljok said was made in USA. When finally delivered, after I complained that shipping tracking wasn’t working, I received a sweater that looked nothing like that pictured on their website, and the package was labeled made in China. Contacted customer service to arrange a return and refund, but of course they didn’t respond. Had to dispute the charge through my credit card company (they were very helpful). Save yourself, don’t order from Aljok.

If I could give zero stars I would. Placed order. They charged me and never sent it. Total scam company with completely fake product reviews. Do not order from them. Merchandise is not real. The website has no customer service and the website is non existent when you try to track order. Internet scam. Luckily I got my cc company to investigate fraud and refund.

Order arrived on schedule, very happy with the sweaters.

Great quality. Speedy delivery. True to size.
