Nick Mecikalski helped me with the college application process and made it such a breeze for me! With all the different essays and short questions that needed written he helped me every step of the way! I had such a great and easy college application process thanks to him!

A-List is amazing. Scott took me from mid 150s to upper 160s in one month. It was super easy to schedule meetings and Scott even stayed longer than the allotted time on numerous occasions to make sure I fully understood each question. 10/10 would recommend to everyone!

Nick Mecikalski got me from a 1390 SAT score to a 1540. Very happy with the results.

I had a very unique situation when it came to ACT prep. Prior to my tutoring with John Oh, I had been through multiple other ACT prep tutors and courses. All of which, however, left me feeling underwhelmed and unprepared. I came to John frustrated with my score, knowing I could do better. I was putting in the work but I wasn’t seeing results. John O respected my high expectations and goals, and help me plan accordingly. Learning concepts with him was easier than it had ever been as he adapted to my learning style, and within the first few sessions I knew that this was the place for me. John‘s encouragement, enthusiasm, and overall knowledge of the ACT got me to my target score and more. I am so grateful to A-list and John. I can’t recommend John Oh enough.

A-List has been so helpful for test prep, tutoring, and the college admissions process. Kate and Dory made all this much easier for my three children who all have different learning styles. It was a great relief working with talented and dedicated tutors. Thanks!

My son had Jon O as his SAT tutor. Words cannot express how grateful we are to Jon for his tremendous dedication, patience, and commitment to success. Jon recognized our son’s strengths and quickly identified subtle but important opportunities for improvement and he targeted the exact areas to get to his desired score. No one else has been able to help him with his careless tendencies like Jon did and Jon made tremendous effort to get to know him and understand where there were small but meaningful opportunities to raise his score even higher. Jon truly invests in his students, cares genuinely about their progress, and creates a very productive environment for learning even on zoom, through his high energy, passion, and efforts to create ownership and hold his students accountable for their work and their results. We are very appreciative of Jon and grateful that we found him to help our son achieve the score he wanted! Thank you and highly recommend!

John Oh, I’m so grateful for all of the help you’ve given me along this ACT journey. I can’t believe the strides I’ve made with you to push to my complete capacity, and how you always perfectly taught to my increasing ambition and expectations.

Productive and professional consulting! Kate helped my son with applications to competitive summer internships. Kate was so flexible and made herself being available to be reached when needed. She has the gift of writing that she could quickly review my son’s essays, give great feedback, and guided him to edit his essays that stayed true to him. She also helped my son to prepare well for his interview and build him great confidence. With Kate’s excellent guidelines, my son step by step got through the rigorous selection process and accepted into one of the prestigious internships that he applied to. I would recommend Kate as a college consultant who is knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to help you reach your goal.
