I had John Oh tutor me for the upper level SSAT and it was great. My score started out around the 60th percentile, and on the actual test I ended up in the 91st percentile. John gave me tips for taking the test, and also ways to save time, with simple methods of solving problems. The lessons were never over-complicated and I always felt comfortable telling John if I didn't understand something or had trouble with a certain topic. He was very easy to talk to, and always motivated me to do my best.

I was in a tricky spot because I just dropped out of a school and was going to community college. I was introduced to this organization and through the help of my tutor Kate I was able to apply to the Culinary Institute of America and get in. I am currently attending and I owe almost all of it to Kate and the organization. They are very helpful and understanding when it comes to the whole college application process.

I worked with John Oh and he was amazing. I started out with a score I was not very happy with and I ended with 2 36's in two of my weaker categories. My composite score went up to my target range because of John's coaching and tips for the test. Lots of practice and work was needed, but A-list helped me a lot and I am very grateful for it!

We worked with Jose Gamo and he was everything and more!! My sons scores sky rocketed. Jose is extremely detail oriented, patient, smart, and has many interests that go beyond academic which makes for a great conversation as well. He delivered on what he said he would, and my son loved working with him. We highly recommend Jose!! His energy is so positive which is a key part to studying for standardized tests.

A-list is fantastic! I had John Oh as my teacher for SAT prep, and he couldn’t have done a better job. I went from a 1270 PSAT to a 1470 super score SAT. He does a great job explaining what to expect for my test, and little tips and tricks that can give any test taker an edge. He has a great sense of humor too. Would highly recommend.

A-List was absolutely amazing! The help I received for my upcoming LSAT was great. The teacher, Scott, made difficult concepts easy to understand and simplified them in terms that was very manageable. 10/10 would recommend it.
