The hair came fast and the quality of the hair is amazing

This copy reached out to me and offered a 20.00 coupon for the inconvenience and late arrival of my purchase. Great way to solve a problem and put the customer first!

Customer service is horrible. I was double charged after CSR told me they had no record of my transaction after I provided them with my full name and last four digits of my card number as well as my email address this was on 6/29, so I placed the same exact order on another card the next day 6/30. I only received one confirmation email and one tracking number for my order. Once I placed the order the next day they responded and gave me a order number to the order I placed on 6/30. I asked about the second charge on my card after viewing my statement. the CSR told me I made two orders but remember at first they said they didn’t see any order from me. Long story short CSR kept telling me I need to find this second package that I never received confirmation for or I never received a tracking number for it screams scammer to me after going back and forth with them I still never received a tracking number they just kept saying the order number saying I had to send this package back. How can I track a package that I never received communication about? If I could give it 0 stars I would. I will be returning the wig that I actually did receive and I will never do business with this merchant ever again.

Fantastic customer service! The quality of the unit is great and the shipping was fast and easy to track. This was my first time ordering from Alimice, but it definitely won't be the last.

Beautiful hair!!! It is nice and full. It came bleached knots, and the front was plucked to my liking. Good parting space. Just a lovely unit! Thank you Jiajia (Alimice Hair)!!!

Love , love, love my wig. ❤️ I purchased the headband afro kinky 16" and I am in love. Looks just like my real hair with a little extra body. Love the cute little headbands that came as a gift. I must also say, their customer service is beyond awesome -Thanks Jiajia - 😎👍🏽. They go above and beyond to ensure that the purchase met my expectations. Looking forward to purchasing again from Alimice hair.
