There are only a couple of things we buy from AliMed. Molded heel wedges and XPE foam insoles. Both are great products that we are able to offer to our patients at reasonable prices thanks to AliMed.

Having an order that was missing a small item and was basically told to wait it might come in made my experience with Alimed no better than anyone else. Now I will have to look everything up again and make another call. When I have over $15,000.00 worth of orders on backorder.

I’m so impressed with their service. When my original shipment went missing they immediately replaced it the next day. No questions asked. I’m equally impressed with their response time when I would email. Jessica always answered immediately and in a patient friendly manner.
