Horrible customer service team
Horrible customer service team. I believe I sent 3-4 emails before getting a hold of their other departments to get their attention. If they weren't the only company selling the product we needed, I would definitely not have been following up so much. It took almost 2 months before I could even order the item.

They are great! Our sales Rep, Molly, is the best! If I have any trouble with my on-line search --I can call or email and she will get it ordered for me! :)
