My husband had a longer brace which weakened the muscle in his leg. The shorter brace allows more movement in his leg.

Website page for custom product request doesn't work, but 3 people tell you to use it. When they realize internally its not working, then they say email us, and then that person says "oh you have to use the website", then multiple conversations and then on-going follow-ups, then finally 2 weeks later a quote with "sorry but we are a bit behind with these quotes"
