The customer service was really good up until the point I had to start doing reviews to receive a free product for being a customer. One of the sites was not Canadian friendly and only asked for a ZIP Code so I could not complete it. I will add more reviews once I see how they handle this situation.

I received my initial ALIGNERCO kit and tried to follow the directions on taking dental molds on my own with the extra putty we are provided. I took pictures and put them in the app as directed and was told I needed to redo them. The representative I chatted with recommended doing the video call session with a live representative who could help me with making a perfect mold of my teeth. Once I made the appointment and the session was held, I found it to be very helpful. They let you know which tray works better for your mouth, they let you know where you teeth and lips should be placed, they time you, and they asses over the video chat to see if your mold is usable. The representative was friendly and informative as well. One thing I do wish was that they provided a larger, prepaid return packet, since the one they provided is only good for your dental molds. However, the company requests that you return the other unused trays and I had such a difficult time trying to fit everything inside. Other than minuscule issue, I have, so far, had nothing but good experiences with the company.
