Hi Silvie Pudilova, we apologize that you had to wait longer than usual processing time to receive your aligners as due to COVID-19 situation we had to take extra steps to ensure our customers' security and lockdown further delayed the process but we are back on track now. To keep our customers posted about their aligners, we notified them of the slight delay we were experiencing. We are concerned to read about sharp edges as after the aligners are fabricated we trim your aligners according to the gumline. You are requested to please contact [email protected] so we can resolve the issue as we take pride in customer satisfaction.
