I'm currently on Step 1 of my journey with a couple of days till I start Step 2! The entire process was very easy and my Smile Specialist, Ele, has been incredibly helpful and quick to respond to me. I did research on other options, and AlignerCo is by far the most inexpensive option with the highest ratings as well. It's the obvious choice in my opinion, and I'm glad I finally got started! UPDATE 8/29/24: Now that it's been 4 years, it's time I update this review. While the initial cost is much cheaper than other options, I have to warn you that your teeth will most likely NOT be straight after completing the steps. They gave me a graphic of how my teeth would look at the end of all steps and it was a lie. They said I had to pay more for additional trays to fix the issue. So I paid more money and redid the impression and trays. It was STILL crocked. I was very committed to doing this properly and yet my bottom teeth are not straight even though I still wear the final step retainers. Be warned that the cost may be higher and the visual of how your teeth will look at the end is inaccurate.

I had braces as a teenager, but didn’t wear my retainers. As a result my teeth shifted back. During quarantine I decided to do something about it. I searched the internet for a company that was reliable and affordable and I came across AlignerCo. I ordered them on 4/23/20. I got my impression kit on 4/29/20 and mailed it back the next day. I got my smile preview on 5/13/20 and received my aligners on 6/15/20. Customer service was great and kept me informed. The aligners themselves are wonderful. They are invisible and a perfect fit. No cutting into my gums and no filing needed. I also purchased some chewies and whitening foam separately. I will be starting tray 3 this Friday and have no complaints. I highly recommend AlignerCo. What are you waiting for?

I’m a 39yr old woman with considerable overcrowding and a small palate. AlignerCo have been fantastic. I received my impression kit which I struggled with as my mouth is small, the customer service was exceptional and they guided me through taking the impressions, supplying me with more moulding material so I could practice. I received my first set of aligners and sent pictures back which the orthodontist checked and was happy with. From there on, two weeks later I received the next five sets of aligners which I’m currently working through. They are COMPLETELY invisible. You cannot tell I’m wearing them at all, my partner is the only person who knows I’m using aligners and no one else has noticed. They fit so well abs hug my teeth, I forget I’m wearing them. The customer service of AlignerCo is fantastic, I’d highly recommend this company if you’re considering aligners. Why would you pay double with other companies when you can get the same product (arguably better but I haven’t personally compared) and great customer service for half the price?

Let be me brief - Ele is amazing. She is so professional and responsive (usually got a response within 24 hours - sometimes within the hour). I paid using the installments and the process was so quick and simple. Took me 1 week to get the impression kit and 6-7 weeks to get my step 1-5 aligners. For a pandemic that’s great and I’m so excited for my straight teeth! Great customer service - very simple and great.

Excellent service and product

I am pretty thrilled so far. Great communication and, in my opinion, the best value out there. I am impatient, so the time for fabrication to finish and to receive my aligners in the mail (although only a couple weeks) felt like forever. By far the best option out there.

So far I am very pleased. The price was much better than any other out there and the quality of service is great. I received my 1st set of aligners last week and no one can tell I am wearing them! I wish this had been an option 25 years ago when I had braces, the experience is night and day!

I've tried another Aligner company and these aligners are magic! Great service, great fit, great price. All around just great. Get some.
