Alignerco is a garbage company I would say. I ordered my aligner in August 2020. I did not receive my aligner kit till February 2021 so around six months they took to build my aligner in these 6 months they asked me to take impressions three-time and three upper & lower impressions each time so after 9 upper and lower impressions they could not build aligner. Their team is ridiculous they arrange online sessions every time to take the impressions and the person who guides you will be a roadside worker. Who will tell you we got what we want after taking impressions and after 1 month you will get mail that we didn't get what we want so you will have to give impressions again. After these all things, I asked for a refund from them but still, I have not received it, as it has been 27 days of refund request. After wasting my six months they will cut the handling charge from your total paid amount. Their customer support team I disgusting, they will hang up after putting you on hold for 30 minutes.

Terrible experience. PLEASE READ AND CAVEAT EMPTOR. First, you have to pay for the entire process before receiving any product. Then, after receiving my "molds" to create the liners, they said they could only do one level and they don't give refunds. I paid for both upper and lower arches but only receive one and no refund. VERY DECEIVING. The customer service was terrible. I started this process in October and I still haven't received my "one" liner (5 months later). I plan to file grievances with the Better Business Bureau about this company. They are definitely out to rip off customers.

Alignerco was by far the best company I could have worked with. They have amazing customer service and keep up with my progress every two weeks. My teeth are now PERFECT! I am so happy I worked with them and the price was amazing.

My aligners will be here in a few days, but so far my experience has been beyond anything I've expected. I was very apprehensive at first cause I've been tricked in the past, but they are seriously legit! Once my aligners come, I'll update again!

So far, my alignerco journey is going well, but who knows as time goes on. I hope it continues to go smoothly!

You get what you pay for. Quick responses to emails and questions, but definitely questionable grammar and wording at times. The whole process took longer than I thought it would, but the final product is good for the price. Will follow up with another review after using the aligners for more than just a week.

Incredible customer service! Unbeatable price! Moving along with my treatment perfectly.
