AlignerCo customer service is inconsistent and hard to reach. It takes them days or weeks to respond to an email. I emailed them about an issue I was having with my aligners not fitting properly and they didn’t respond after a week. I called and they told me they just now reviewed my photos and they see there was an issue 4 trays ago. They told me they don’t look at the photos on the app that I upload every 10 days. After SEVERAL phone calls and emails, I heard many different solutions and opinions about how to solve my problem. In the end, the aligners did not fit and they asked me to pay more for another scam and more aligners. I will now be stopping mid treatment since they will not correct their manufacture issue. Wow they commented on my post but still did not resolve the issue when they reached out to me! I got a call back to offer me a new set of aligners free of charge and $40 off a new scan.

Max was amazing compared to the other customer service I had. He understood me and answered my questions accurately. I had spoken to someone else earlier and she was no help at all and did not understand me.

Their product didn't work and they asked me to START OVER at MY COST. They had the nerve to write me and say, "As a valued customer, we would like to offer you a redo treatment plan for Daytime Aligners at a special discounted price of $675." Their product DID NOT TRACK properly and they know it. Instead of making it right they told me I'm out of look and could only pay to start over.

I started alignerco process in March and ended in September of 2026. There was 15 steps and it helped moved some of my teeth forward. I recommend alignerco if your looking for a more rounded or straighter smile. It helps with spacing too. It is an easy process too.
