So far your experience has been amazing. I invested in these aligners for my 12yr old daughter and she is loving them. They fit her perfectly. They are thin and do not move her teeth to quickly. I am excited to see what she will look like when she is finished. Customer Service is great. They are friendly, knowledgeable and thorough.

The cost was within my price range and you all have a quick response time via email. I didn’t like how long I had to wait to receive my aligners and I was disappointed that the 2 gaps predicted in step 17 on the right and left side of my mouth wont be closed w/o me having to get additional treatment. I agreed to my treatment plan because I was told that it wasn’t possible to close those gaps with just my aligners. Another company give a treatment plan that reflected otherwise. When I reached out to tell the team that the gaps could be close with the aligners and that the team should review it, I was told that it was too late because I had already agreed to my treatment plan and that my aligners were already on the way.

8/6/21 The 100% satisfaction promise is a lie. I emailed months ago that my bite had changed and I was told to continue to the end of my program and that the teeth would move back. They did not. Just like other reviews, I am asked to pay for the "adjustment" aligners. The CS agent I spoke to on the phone said my teeth didn't look "that bad". Looks don't matter if you can't chew properly or too much space is between teeth so food gets easily trapped. Update 8/7/21 I’ve negotiated for new impression trays to be sent in a size small. I’m told they will take 4 weeks to send. Update 9/9/21 After failing to reach my new customer service contact “Ben” I finally had to call to inquire why I had not received my new impression trays. “Frank” put me on hold for a long while only to tell me nothing had been done and I needed to re-email my concerns since my original rep was not feeling well and was out of the office. What a waste of time!!! Update: 2/25/22 We agreed to refinement in December but they said they didn't get my HelloSign form??? How does that happen. I redo everything in mid January. It's now 4 weeks later and I email to check on the progress and they once again say they have nothing on file for me. How can a company be so malicious?

I have been extremely impressed with the level of professionalism I have received from AlignerCo. I was able to ask questions prior to ordering. After receiving my impression kit, my specialist stayed in contact with me to ensure a proper impression and to answer any question I had in a timely manner. It does take several weeks for the aligners to come in. Again, my specialist kept me informed of the process while I waited. I received my aligners a week ago. The treatment plan was presented extremely well. I am only on step 1, but excited to continue with the treatment to receive the smile I have always wanted.

I tried Alignerco and was very pleased. Everything was easy and user friendly from the beginning. I received my packages in the mail in a timely fashion, and I received support along the way at every step from the Alignerco staff. I received my package to make a mold of my teeth, sent those in, and received a plan of action by email, then I received my step-by-step kit. Super easy and very efficient!! If you are thinking about using them, don’t hesitate, it really will be worth it!!!!

My teeth had shifted after getting my braces 8 years ago. I wanted an affordable way to recover my previous orthodontic investment and alignerco provided just that. My teeth are back to being as straight as they were after braces.

My experience with AlignerCo was AMAZING! I have completely finished treatment and I am pleased with the results. They were affordable, convenient, had great customer service, and most importantly, the process WORKED! The process was easy to understand. When it wasn’t, I was offered the guidance and assistance that I needed. Clear aligners we’re actually that, clear aligners. I was only questioned upon taking them out and once at the very end of my treatment, so the invisibility was a plus! Originally I was worried about the price difference and thinking that I meant I was sacrificing quality, but that was NOT the case. I am just overall pleased with my experience.
