Just started the process, so far the experience has been wonderful!! Great customer service and prices!!

I was suspicious at first because they offered the cheapest price so I chose to pay in three installments. They sent me an impression kit and didn't like the first pictures I made. Looking at other reviews this seems to be common so maybe this step can be improved? But we scheduled a video session and they showed me how to do it (although I was already doin it exactly the same way). And this time it worked, I wasn't charged extra cause I still had enough materials from original kit. Throughout the treatment they stayed in touch with mez they explained what results I should expect (my lower teeth are rotated too much to completely fix it and I am glad they let me know right away what it was gonna look like). Overall, I am very satisfied with the service, the result, and the price. Plus I got the teeth whitening led kit! I love looking a t my smile today!

Good customer service

Update (Almost 2 years later): customer service really started lacking. I asked multiple times for my military discount and they kept saying they would honor it and never did. My bite is worse, my teeth shifted in a way where my upper and lower teeth don't make contact when I try to chew my food. A new space developed in my lower front middle teeth that wasn't there before and my main reason for getting these (small gap in top middle teeth) re-opens slightly by the end of the day... I do think they still look better than before I started but overall disappointed because they did not turn out like the smile projection video they gave me and I have difficulties eating now. Ele did a great job at guiding me in my decision making process as well as answering all of my questions thoroughly. I am very excited to start my journey with Alignerco!
