Haven’t done the whole process yet, but so far it’s easy

I was nervous at first about trying a newer aligner company, but I after reading the reviews, I was convinced to give it a try. I also appreciated that Alignerco was less expensive than a lot of the other brands. I had trouble with the impression kit process, but about 9 months after getting my aligners, my teeth are straight! So, I'd say it was successful experience.

Im into my second set of aligners with Alignerco and the experience has been smooth and easy. I already see my teeth moving and am very excited with the results. I highly recommend Alignerco over the over priced competitors.

I just finished treatment and am now wearing retainers. I did the nighttime only aligners. Sometimes the paperwork or customer service seemed a little “off” but overall I got what I was looking for (teeth are straight again) at a great price. My treatment was 20 steps and took about 10 months. I would recommend.

I am a soon to be Mom of 4, aged 50. I had braces as a kid and had some shifting as an adult and my dentist was saying at some point that I needed to address the crowding. Our dental insurance does not cover ortho work for anyone over 25 so I put it on the back burner. Until I was reading reviews on a blog one day in 2020 comparing the at home aligner companies and found a glowing review for Aligner Co. I came here and read the reviews at that time. All of which were stellar! I also found a young lady who had her experience with Aligner co that she posted on you tube and she shared a lot which helped as well. I talked to my husband and opted to take a chance and go for it! Two of my children did the Invisalign using our in person orthodontist so we were able to use our dental insurance. So I can compare the more traditional approach to what my experience was. I did the treatment in 2020. I chose the all day wear because I didn't want to deal with the aches in my teeth that would come just from going night only. The molding process was a bit tricky for me but my husband helped me out with that. They sent great before and after so I could see what my smile would transform into before I committed to treatment. I had a lot of pain at first - not the fault of Aligner co just as that's what is par for the course with moving your teeth. My daughter's experienced that with their in person treatments. The customer service was quick to respond always. If I missed sending updated treatment pictures they were quick to remind me. They were always courteous and friendly in email. The materials are well made. I received my entire kit of aligners and the set of retainers up front. They we all bagged and numbered so I knew what step I was on. When I sent my pictures I would label them in the email subject with my last name and the step I was on. I have seen folks complain of the cost of refinement trays. That cost is something you may also find with in person treatment of Invisalign depending on provider who is used. The in person treatment for my daughter's they used attachments on their teeth and rubber bands to shift them with the retainers. This was not something I had on my teeth with Aligner co and frankly I was glad for that. This was just a more simple procedure with nothing glued on my teeth. One of my dogs ate one of my retainers (um yes that is true). I did have to pay to order those and that cost was $99. Looking back I do wish I had ordered an extra set of those at the beginning of treatment for what I think was $49. When I ordered I paid the entire cost up front. It was the best value. For comparison when my girls did theirs in person my out of pocket was about $1000 for each of them in addition to what my insurance paid towards treatment. So cost wise it was a very affordable option to use Aligner co. It was nice to not have to go in office or leave the house for treatment. It was super convenient and I am very happy with the results. My 13 year old daughter will need ortho work but as her situation is a more complicated case we will have to use the ortho in person. My son is 15 and he has slight crowding in his bottom teeth so we may well use Aligner co for him in the coming months. Would definitely recommend.

Products were shipped on time however my first 2 impressions weren't up to standard. Even though the second one came out really good. Scheduled a Zoom meeting with a Alignerco team member for 3:00pm and never got a link or response after messaging at 3:10pm on what's going on.

I just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and was not at all surprised to find that Alignerco has a F rating with them. Alignerco is now sending me emails warning me to stop writing reviews about them! They are the worst don’t waste your money and time with them. I am pursuing legal action with my attorney and my dentist now, my dentist believes Alignerco has permanently weakened my teeth. I originally only wanted a refund since they cannot give me back the last almost 2 years I wasted on them, but now I will seek damages. I believe the good reviews you see are made by Alignerco representatives not customers. I will be posting reviews about the new company I am now trying out, once I see that they work!

Alignerco has so far shown me fantastic customer service. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
