This review is for a zoom call with Jay Smith at Alignerco to help with impressions. 2 of us in the house ordered kits and we thought one of us might need a smaller size tray, so I scheduled a zoom call, which was very easy. They fit us right in. The video was good quality and Jay did agree that we should ask for smaller trays for one of us (free). But then he stayed on the call and walked me through all 4 of my impressions. It is much easier to do it this way since he would time it and keep me on track, and now it's finally done! The first step anyway. Thanks Jay! Also Ele has been fantastic on email and chat, also trying to keep me on task. It takes a village. :-)

Jay walked me through the steps for my teeth impressions over a zoom call. I recommend booking a zoom call to help with doing your impressions rather than going at it yourself. Jay was very helpful and gave useful tips that were not in the manual. *This review is only for the teeth impressions - not the tray system as I have not started that portion yet.*

Jay assisted me via zoom with making new impression. He patiently explained the best way to get the results needed. Fingers crossed this time it works. Thanks Jay for your very kind 5-star support! As far as this whole process goes - expect it to take a more time than you’d expect if you don’t get perfect impressions the first time. Bought the first impression kit in end of Nov 2022, and it is now almost end of Feb 2023 - long process if you need to redo impressions in part due to the need to courier things back and forth!

When I was having trouble making my first impressions alone, they set me up with a zoom meeting so I could get talked through the process in order to get the best impressions possible. Jay was very good at explaining the process, and was a nice person who was easy to talk to. Because of him I got good impressions.
