After undergoing initial treatment and two subsequent "refinements," my teeth are still not correctly aligned. This assessment isn't just my own opinion but has been confirmed by an independent orthodontist. Despite multiple attempts to work with customer support, I find myself in the same unresolved situation. It's disheartening that the company continues to insist on additional payments for further "refinements", even though the first ones did not fix the issue. The issues that my independent orthodontist has pointed out are fundamental and should have been addressed during the initial phase of my treatment. Given that I have already invested time and money into this process, I find it unacceptable to be asked to spend even more to correct mistakes that should not have occurred in the first place. Go somewhere else for your braces. I will update review if company fixes the issue. Update: as you can see from their reply here saying "thanks for your positive review", even though it’s a 1-star review, they are ran poorly. Go elsewhere.
