I would not recommend this company
I would not recommend this company. The agreement they sent you and expected you to sign after accessing the molds of your teeth is terrible. If you read it, I cannot imagine anyone would want to sign it. They take no responsibility for the outcome and ask you to get an evaluation from a dentist or orthodontist. If the recommendation is that there are better procedures to get the outcome instead of aligners, they resist giving a refund until after a lengthy back and forth with letters. If you check out the BBB website, you can see the hundreds of complaints and frustrated people they have done business with. I wish I had done that first.
