Happy Customer with a Beautiful Smile
Like many people, I had braces a long time ago. I didn't wear my retainer like I was supposed to, and of course I was one of the kids that lost it too. In the past 10 years or so, I noticed that my teeth started to move a little. Not terribly bad, but enough for me to be self conscious of certain angles when taking a picture. I know all about Invisalign, as my daughter is a current customer. That being said, I couldn't really afford the expense of both of us having them, so I decided to do some research. I compared all of the top companies and looked at reviews, pictures, prices, etc. In the end I went with Alignerco, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the very first email, my customer service rep Ele was great. The kit I received was easy to understand, and I didn't experience any issues when making the molds. Anytime I had a question and emailed Ele, she would get back to me right away. The whole process was quick and easy, and it really worked! I was honestly a little skeptical at first because of how low the price was in comparison, but the pictures don't lie. I would recommend Alignerco to anyone that needs a little help regaining their beautiful smile. I get compliments all of the time on mine!

grateful for fast, efficient service
Just placed an order. The customer service chat was helpful, answered my questions accurately, quickly, efficiently. I was able to complete the process with the chat ongoing. I lost the chat screen for a bit but it resumed. highly recommend so far, i'll update when we get impression kit and start seeing results.

Exactly what I was hoping for …
I had the pleasure of using AlignerCo for my teeth straightening. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. I wish I had never placed an order with…
I wish I had never placed an order with Alignerco as it has been a very frustrating and lengthy process. First, the mold they sent to make the impressions was too large for my mouth so there was a lot of extra back and forth in making the impressions, having them rejected, more pictures, long waits. Eventually it was determine the issue was I needed a smaller mold but they only mailed out the bottom ones so had to wait additional time to get top ones plus was charged for extra material that was wasted in using the bigger molds. Finally they approved the molds and it was a long wait before receiving my first set of aligners. With first set of aligners came instructions to wear them for 10 days then change to second set. I assumed I would now be on a smooth treatment plan, only to receive an email telling me I won’t even receive the 2nd set for another THREE WEEKS. I believe this company is new and they have not worked out all the issues which result in long delays. I’m very frustrated and wish I could get my money back and choose another more reputable company. This has been one of the most frustrating product experiences I have ever encountered.
