Wow tried to get a replacement retainer…
Wow tried to get a replacement retainer and its just a hassle. It so idiotic that they dont have RECORD of your retainer info and have to go through a series of photos of your retainer on with laser markings visible. YOU CANT DO IT. They print it on the most inconvenient place where you cant take a clear picture. To add on top of it their retainers are made of cheap plastic. My bottom teeth was able to move a bit and RESHAPE a section of the retainers. Causing my bottom teeth to move a bit. You definitely get what you pay for. Cheap for a reason. I was fed up trying to get a replacement retainer for MONTHS. But i was angery and fed up with DUMB process I asked for a refund. Crossing my fingers if I even am going to get that back.
