Extremely easy process and Ele at customer service was excellent at helping guide me through the process.

I asked repeatedly for them to tell me if they could actually straighten my teeth before spending with them. they would lead me on and tell me "at the next appointment." at one point, I had to pay another fee, and they still refused to tell me until after I paid over $1000 that they could not fix my teeth. I have asked several times for a refund, and they REFUSE to send me a full refund, customer service is incredibly rude and unprofessional if you have questions. do NOT waste your money here. they are scammers who STILL have my over $1000.

I would not recommend ALIGNERCO to anyone who has dental insurance. Before starting treatment, I relied on their promises and assurances that they accept insurance. That was an important factor in my decision. However, when it came time to submit the required paperwork to Guardian Dental, ALIGNERCO failed to provide Guardian with the forms Guardian required. Instead, ALIGNERCO told me that I needed to fill out the forms myself. Guardian Dental told me that was not how the process works and that the dentist/provider needed to complete and submit the required documentation. As a result, I ended up paying approximately $1,000 out of pocket for something my dental insurance would have covered 100% if the paperwork had been handled properly. The product experience was also disappointing. My lower teeth are still out of line. When I asked for help correcting the problem, ALIGNERCO refused to send me a refinement kit or a kit to fix the issue. Instead, they wanted me to start the entire process over again, which was unreasonable after I had already paid for treatment. For anyone with dental insurance, I would be very cautious. Dental coverage can cost as little as around $7 a month, so there is no reason to pay out of pocket if your insurance would otherwise cover the treatment. In my experience, ALIGNERCO’s insurance handling and follow-up care were both very disappointing.

Don't be fooled by the 4.5 star rating. Product purchased: All Day Aligners 5/10/26 Cancellation & Refund Requested: 5/10/26 (later that night after more research) Cancellation & Refund Approved: 5/16/26 Refund Received: 5/26/26 Total Cost: $700 (Fully Refunded) I was repeatedly harassed by a customer service rep to remove my previous review of AlignerCo. I was called continuously for over 3 days after leaving my review and once I finally answered I was met with a very very scared employee (of which I named in said review) begging and pleading in the most professional manner he could muster. We talked on the phone for a full 30min of me trying to sympathize with him and hopefully come to an understanding. I figured the guy would be greatly punished for naming him outright in my first rating. After it all I gave him the benefit of the doubt, gave him the truth about the company he's employed by and how very soon they will fall the same way SmileDirectClub did. I removed my review and urged him to seek better opportunities if possible and to not go down with this dumpster fire of a company. The customer service is awful, the cancellation & refund process is incredibly redundant and felt like pulling teeth to just get approved. I had the call, waited two days for an email, got three days of consistent delays in response time and persistent pleading in way of offering discounts and deals to get me to reconsider having already stated clearly and directly that I was cancelling. This company has a bad rep for a reason and my experience is proof of just that. I literally didn't even get to start my treatment but if the product is anything like the quality of customer service, good luck. AlignerCo is a scam as all remote Clear Aligner Companies are. Careless is the word I'd use to describe this industry, in every facet. I know the convenience and prices seem like no brainers but something as important as orthodontics can't be done Cheap, Fast, & High Quality all at the same time and unfortunately AlignerCo chose the first two. If you want convenience I suggest one of the hybrid options but always do your own research. As for AlignerCo, don't waist your time and/or money. P.S: They have a 5 day refund policy which is why they draw out the process so long. (Edit) Reply: "Note that the matter has been reopened publicly?" That's what reviews are for. Reviewing a company publicly. But I guess a company built on sensorship wouldn't believe in sharing the truth. You would not say this to your paid for 5 Star reviewers. I mentioned in both of my reviews that I had already received my refund after excessive and needless delays, awful business practices, & countless attempts having to argue to receive my money back. Your 5 star reviews are bought and the reviews of genuine feedback, people who expected better from the apparent leading, most recommended, & most reputable company in the remote clear aligner industry would actually live up to its supposed greatness. But those people who were already hesitant to invest in something that seemed too good to be true to begin with were instead met with disappointment followed by harassment when they speak up about it. I don't need this farce of professional pleasantries and insincere good will. AlignerCo is not a trustworthy or honorable company and will never put a customer's care above their shameless greed. They tried to sensor me, I'm not the first and I'm definitely not the last. AlignerCo is and always has been a Scam.

I decided to try ALIGNERCO after seeing a lot of great reviews and my experience so far has been fantastic. Their customer service is top notch, the process is quick and easy, and even though it wasn’t covered by my insurance, it was still way more affordable and faster than going through a dental office. I’m excited to see the end result, but so far I’d highly recommend!
