Excellent customer service! I love how easy was to buy it and the payment options. Also, they were very mindful and helpful to get a good impression of my teeth. I’m currently on aligner 2 and is working as planned. I would recommend alignerco over byte.

I loved my experience with AlignerCo
I loved my experience with AlignerCo! I did my treatment during the pandemic while we were all at home and wearing masks, however this would have been an amazing option for straightening teeth anytime because of the clean aligners. They were always sent on time and I could see progress quickly and loved the final product. I am so happy with my results. The only reason I gave 4 stars is my last retainers that you put on at the end of treatment, my top retainers was so tight it didn’t fit. Unfortunately I could only wear the bottom retainer, but I did end up going to my dentist and getting a night guard for the top teeth so I just use that now as my retainer and wear my bottom with it so they don’t shift. They look great still 3 years later

I absolutely LOVE my smile again
I absolutely LOVE my smile again! After I had lost retainers that I had as a teenager, my smile had become crooked. I hated smiling in public, or in pictures. I audit companies before working with them.
I have a super simple, very minor case of wanting teeth slightly moved so I'm looking at affordable options vs the major ones for complex cases.
****I audit companies before I work with them to see how easy it would be to cancel in case of things not working out. With the multiple people on here claiming class actions, it seemed more relevant then usual to do so.****
I placed an order (with a "special discount") through a support rep who confirmed my order. I then in the same chat asked the rep to cancel the order, "so that I could put it on a new card". Immediately the same rep who could give me a special discount couldn't help at all and I was to send an email to get it canceled.
Two days later, I get an email from alignerco thanking me for my purchase and saying that my aligners will be shipped soon. I forwarded that email to the address I was told to cancel at, then immediately called the support line.
It's clear the foreign company they work with has quotas and dings employees who cancel orders, because it took me 50 minutes and 5 "transfers" that were clearly just putting me back into the general pool, all telling me "you have to place another order *first*, and *then* we can cancel the first".
I finally said to the last one when I heard the same "you have to place.." line that I was just auditing the company, there was no way I was getting aligners through them, and if I didn't habw a refund confirmation by the end of the day I was doing a chargeback with proof.
I was finally told id have a refund confirmation by the end of the day, 6 days after chat support order made.
Order not canceled, escalated instead.
DISCOUNT PRICE OF ALL DAY RETAINERS WAS $550, AFTER ASKING TO CANCEL 26 TIMES.
******TLDR; 27 times asking to cancel order that was placed in and with chat support 10 days ago and immediately asked to be cancelled, new "final" price $500 "with a benefit of $395". The specialist of specialists says "Please note I am not refusing to proceed with the Refund..." proceeding with chargeback with bank, no clear path how far this goes.******
