Do not recommend! I started the process buying the day aligners (in advance, first mistake, don't do it), because the offer was very tempting. It took few days (without tracking information or serious customer support) to receive the impression kit, I had to schedule a videocall to get the impressions taken, the lower trays were small for my teeth, so, they sent new trays (the wrong ones), I asked for correct ones and then I received them (this took about a month between receiving the materials, lack of customer service, they said they hadn't shipped the materials (it turned out I received them few minutes later, so, they didn't even know). I ended up paying the extra for the night aligners, because they keep pushing that it was a better option and the aligners were better quality, and because it was a "limited time offer". After sending my impressions I got the smile projection, but they were barely moving my teeth! And even worst, sending them more to the front to make space (I have crowding issues). I asked to the review of the projection, and they told me that's all they could do (understable), and encouraging me to accept the treatment, which I said, no thank you, those are not the results I was expecting, they ended up sending me to the "Resolution Team", they offered me a discount 3 times! (increasing the discount first $100, then $200, then $300 to accept the treatment, I said no, then they told me they would issue my refund (after I asked repeatedly for it), but they would charge me for the impression kit (understandable) and a 10% service fee... Every time I asked what would happen if the treatment was not right for me I was told they would issue a refund and I had nothing to worry about, but never mentioned a 10% fee, which it's not mentioned in the website either. What if I didn't pay up front? After several emails they "agreed to waive" the service fee, but they would charge extra for the materials they sent for the impression kit (which is even more expensive than other companies like byte)... So, bad experience for me, if you have a minor issue, it might be for you, but if not, be very careful. They also tried to buy my review, they would issue a full refund if I deleted it, so, I wonder what is the actual rating of this company, as a customer we rely on the reviews, if they are deleted because they were bought, then the rating is way lower.
