I came to AlignerCo to ask some questions about the service and whether or not they would deal with European countries. I dealt with Ele and they were very informative and were able to guide me through all the process and the costs.
I was not looking to start the treatment yet as I was shopping around but I will be back when I am ready to proceed.

Works Great and Reasonably Priced
After using nearly all forms of orthodontic care (traditional braces, Invisalign, and finally AlignerCo) over the course of my life, I can finally say I am happy with my smile. I was a little cautious of AlignerCo since it seemed much cheaper than other options but was willing to give it a chance. AlignerCo was inexpensive compared to other options but worked fast and the support has been great through the whole process. My treatment took less than a year and I have been wearing the retainers for the past 2 years after treatment. I have not noticed my teeth shifting back to their previous positions. Very happy with AlignerCo.

I had an excellent experience with AlignerCo. I began by wanting to fix my smile then receiving a quote from Invisalign for over $5000 dollars. I began to seek other options and AlignerCo had excellent rating and reviews. I signed up and received a package with molds to create a retainer plus a free whitening kit! After sending in my molds for approval, they quickly created around 18 sets of retainers. One of my favorite parts was the online smile monitor where it mapped out the before and after progress with each retainer set. I finished my course and am so happy with the accuracy that AlignerCo represented my future smile. I had also reached out to customer service several times for things such as me losing my retainers and they were always responsive and provided instructions on what to do.

Buyer Beware!
I was interested in getting aligners and saw that AlignerCo had a good rating. I went on a chat and asked various questions about their company. I specifically asked that if I registered and paid that day, could I get a full refund if I was not happy with what my projected outcome (smile) would look like? I was told yes. It wasn't until after I paid that they sent a questionnaire inquiring about crowns, baby teeth, implants, etc. It went on to say that it might not be appropriate if you have a primary (baby) tooth or crown and that I should get the approval of my dentist. I have both a crown and a baby tooth. My dentist said that I would not be a good candidate for this and suggested that I do aligners with an orthodontist who could see me in person. I had her write up a letter stating this and sent it to customer service, requesting the refund that they had promised and that I had in writing. I had to call multiple times and was told that they would not give me a refund. After many conversations, email exchanges, and being told many times that the manager was not it that day, I finally told them that I would go to the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint. I was then offered only a partial refund. If you are looking into this company, know that they do a hard sell. Also, ask to see the questionnaire before you make the payment to make sure this is the right product for you. Finally, if you are going to finance your aligners with Affirm, know that once you have signed the contract with Affirm, it is nearly impossible to get a refund.
