They promised me a partial refund and hold order
I was told I could put my treatment on hold and get a partial refund of $400 until I'm ready to continue/start the treatment since I'm traveling soon and won't have an adress to ship to. I was told this by two different people, one being a supervisor. They shipped the kit for moulding and I was worried they'd forgotten to refund me so I contacted support who VAGUELY told me my info was with the financial team and that's all they'd say other than someone would contact me within 24 hours. It's been 4 days. 10 days total since I began this ordeal, seeking a resolution via refund. No refund. No one has contacted me. I've emailed several times.
After reading all the bad reviews of people not getting kits or aligners on time or at all and people having to spend MORE money because their aligners didn't straighten their teeth, I am convinced this service is sketchy. I really thought they would help me like they said they would but I guess I was naive. I should've done more reasearch. Now I have to seek legal council to sort this out if they do not contact me and process my refund by end of month.

Urge caution for anyone considering this supposed company
I have had an incredibly disappointing experience with AlignerCo, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. From the start, I’ve encountered multiple issues that seem to be part of a larger pattern of poor customer service and questionable business practices.
My most recent interaction with a representative was especially frustrating. The employee was overly aggressive, constantly cut me off during our conversation, and attempted to explain my own experience back to me. This approach felt not only dismissive but also designed to pressure me into compliance rather than offering any real assistance.
This is just one of many interactions I’ve had with AlignerCo, and every time I’ve encountered a problem, it’s framed as my fault. I’ve repeatedly been asked to pay additional fees for a service that I have yet to receive. Despite making payments over a year ago, I still haven’t received the promised service, and each phone call or email interaction only deepens my frustration.
What’s most concerning is that it feels like AlignerCo is profiting from its own inefficiencies by continually charging customers for corrections. Rather than addressing the issues in a timely and effective manner, customers like myself are asked to pay more without ever getting the service we initially paid for. This approach borders on unethical and gives the impression that the company benefits from its mistakes at the expense of its customers.
I have now formally requested a refund multiple times, and I am yet to receive a resolution. The lack of professionalism, combined with the aggressive and disrespectful behavior of the employees I’ve interacted with, leaves me feeling not just frustrated but also misled. The fact that these issues remain unresolved after over a year makes me feel like I am being taken advantage of.
AlignerCo’s ongoing pattern of mistakes, poor customer service, and added charges without delivering the promised service is unacceptable. I strongly urge others to be cautious before considering their services.

They have good communication, but...
They have good communication, but I don't like that they're sending me aligners in batches instead of all at once. They keep telling me to continue wearing my last set until they fabricate and send the next batch. This makes the process take longer than it should.
