Video session helpful
Had a video session with Harry Smith, very helpful as I tried to do the impression kit myself and two of them were not usable. He had clear instructions. Will say that initially I was not asked what size trays I would likely be needing. They apparently send everyone medium by default. I emailed and they said they would send a new kit. What they did not mention was that they would be sending new trays only. I was not told to keep the impression material, cheek retractor, gloves, etc. So then I had to pay for more impression material.
