A couple of 5 star portions and a single star portion as well
I'm going to rate my experience like this: Cost: 5 stars Support from Aaron: 5 stars Impression Kit Process: 1 star I don't know if I just have the world's most oddly sized mouth, or an incredibly misshapen jaw, but the process of making my impressions was legitimately painful. Aaron had good tips, and he was patient and encouraging. I can't fault him at all. But I should note that I have used impression kits from other companies (veneers, not aligners... but I would think the impression kit portion doesn't matter), and I didn't have any problems with the other companies' impression trays. But these trays weren't "uncomfortable." They were excruciating. I only hope the aligners themselves don't feel the same way. If they do, I guess I won't have straight teeth, because there's no way I could handle that feeling for 8, 10, 12, 16+ hours per day. I'd just have to keep my crooked little smile. Thank you to Aaron for being a rock star. Can't really complain about AlignerCo's pricing. But there's no way I can really be the only person that had so much difficulty with the trays. I just find that difficult to believe.
