Helpful video call for impressions
Haven’t received my aligners yet, but I just had a great video call with Jay to help me create the teeth impressions. My top teeth weren’t done well enough the first time, and some of mine weren’t good enough today, so he gave helpful tips on how to make sure I did it as good as possible. So hopefully I should be getting started soon after I send the impressions back. Jay was knowledgeable and friendly with a good sense of humor, I’d recommend working with him
