Do not use Alignerco
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the appalling service I have received from Alignerco and from James Myles, the so-called “Senior Representative.” My recent experience has been frustrating and disheartening, and I feel compelled to bring these issues to your attention.
From the very start, the lack of follow-up and communication was evident. Despite multiple attempts to contact your team for clarification and support, I was met with silence or vague responses that only led to more confusion. This sort of neglect is completely unacceptable for any company, especially one that prides itself on customer care.
What I find most troubling is the unethical behavior I experienced from Mr. Myles. Instead of addressing my concerns in a professional and transparent manner, I was misled and manipulated into a situation where I was threatened with the need to sign a false document in order to avoid further escalation. This kind of pressure is not only deceitful but shows a blatant disregard for customers' rights and satisfaction. It feels as though your company is more interested in saving face than in offering legitimate, ethical resolutions.
I am appalled by the lack of accountability, professionalism, and honesty that I have encountered. As a paying customer, I expected better treatment and transparency. The actions of Mr. Myles and the general handling of my case have left me disillusioned and upset. I hope that you will take this matter seriously and address these issues with the urgency they deserve.
I expect a full explanation of the steps you will take to resolve this issue and prevent this type of behavior from occurring in the future. If this is not handled appropriately, I will have no choice but to explore further actions, including sharing my experience publicly.
Here is the latest email from James Myles
"Thank you for your email. I have discussed your case with the relevant department, and we have reviewed the situation thoroughly.
After careful consideration, we have decided not to proceed with signing the document from your side. However, in order to resolve the issue and proceed with processing the refund, we kindly request that you sign the document provided by our side. This will allow us to move forward with a refund of CAD$1000.
Please note that we ask for the signed document to be returned by Friday, February 21st, 5 PM EST, to avoid further delays. If we do not receive the signed document by this time, we will process a partial refund of CAD$500 for your order of the worry-free plan (additional retainers) and close the case.
We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter, and we hope to resolve it amicably. Should you have any questions or need further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact me.
