Wonderful experience with Alignerco! I had braces 30 years ago and my teeth moved around a bit. Alignerco was able to bring a fresh smile back! Great communication and great products at half the price of similar companies. I will be recommending them to my friends and family!

This company is terrible
This company is terrible. first i did a zoom meeting to make sure the teeth impressions were done properly. I was told by their experts it looked great and they would be able to make retainers from. Then he up sold me a spare retainer and night time aligners. Weeks later i was told they would not work and they needed 79.00 for a new mold set. After arguing with them . they moved the fee to 30.00 , that they called the shipping fee. Eventually got retainers and followed there process which was logged weekly in there app for review .only to find out half way through the retainers , they were not seating far enough down on teeth. After addressing this with customer service. I sent pics to show and they just had me bounce back and forth to different retainers . This process of talking with customer service lasted over 2 months. Then i was finally told i need a new set of retainers and they would do it for only and additional 500 dollars.I told them i would not pay that and I never received a second retainer that cost me an extra 100 dollars. this is the email i received back.

It is natural for different individuals to respond to the treatment in slightly different ways due to variances in dental anatomy, genetics, jaw structure, and related.
I would like to apprise you of a recent development regarding your case. After a thorough review and discussion with my supervisor, we have made a special exception in recognition of your status as our valued customer. Consequently, we have adjusted the total amount to CAD $450
Additionally: You had one set of retainers included in your plan, and it was delivered to you along with the aligners.

AlignerCo disappointment and frustration
AlignerCo initially attracts customers with appealing promises, including the option of a full refund if you disagree with the treatment plan. However, my experience reveals these claims to be completely misleading. Despite their assurances, the company engages in delaying tactics, seemingly with the intention of exhausting the time frame for seeking a refund through PayPal.
I was also supposed to receive a teeth whitening kit as part of my order, but I never did. On top of that, I had to pay extra for shipping twice, which added to my frustration. Moreover, the treatment plan they proposed could have caused significant damage to my teeth, as confirmed by two independent dentists. This raised serious concerns about the safety and effectiveness of their product.
Throughout the process, their communication has been unhelpful, offering no solutions or genuine assistance. They do not honor their refund policies, and their behavior lacks transparency and professionalism.
I strongly caution others to thoroughly research and consider alternatives before committing to AlignerCo. My experience has been nothing but disappointment and frustration.
