The customer service was terrible
The customer service was terrible. I essentially went back and forth for weeks with some guy telling me he understands my concerns and telling me what he thinks I need without ever actually addressing the problem. It was so annoying to run around in circles with someone who pretends to have excellent customer service skills.

Extremely cost effective
Extremely cost effective, and the products work. My teeth were crooked and over crowded, they are almost perfectly aligned now, thanks to this product and team.
I have recommended them to 3 friends already! Love my smile now!

Don't do it
You get what you pay for. What a miserable experience. They ignore emails for days and days. They say they will do things and make promises but don't keep them. Absolutely abysmal service. I can't comment on the Aligners themselves because it's been over a month and I still don't even have proper impressions sent off to them because of their poor communication.
I was told that I would get same-day service for something, and that was two weeks ago. I was told again via email after a week of no response that it was being expedited to the "team of experts". Finally I called today to request a refund. This is my dental health and we haven't even gotten an aligner made yet and it's going so poorly. I have no faith or trust in them to take care of my health and safety if I were to actually start the aligning with their aligners. I have requested a refund and am hoping to get that resolved quickly. I was told I will hear back by Friday but I don't have my hopes up because they never respond when they say they will.
By the way, there is no "Ele". Everyone who works there is "Ele". Very misleading.
It seems they push for people to leave a review here too when they are early in the process before their true colors show. I was asked to write one the first time I used the online chat before things started to go haywire. You can see here that some reviews are clearly reflective of being early in the process so just be mindful of that too. Things were good for the first week or two and then everything fell off after that.

Aligners Lost in Mail, Company Changed Their Story, Still No Tray 6
I paid for all of my aligners in full, but I’ve been dealing with repeated delays, broken promises, and poor communication from ALIGNERCO.
Back in October 2024, I called to report that Steps 6 through 13 were never delivered. The representative said they would “look into it” but never called me back. When I followed up again in February 2025, they admitted the trays were lost in the mail and said they would send the remaining aligners right away.
But in April 2025, the story changed again. Instead of honoring their word, they told me they now require updated photos before sending anything — even though I had already provided what they initially asked for. On April 10, I received an email from them confirming that Tray 6 “will be sent at this time.” Yet I’m still waiting.
To make things worse, they just emailed me asking for a positive review, even though I haven’t received what I paid for.
I truly regret trusting this company. If ALIGNERCO corrects this and sends the trays I paid for, I’ll gladly update this review. Until then, I would not recommend them based on my experience.
