This company is nothing but RED FLAGS!
This company is nothing but RED FLAGS! Please see below:
1) The vast majority of positive (5star) reviews on Google maps about Alignerco are ONLY for the Zoom calls where new clients are guided to take impressions of their teeth, and NOT because they have successfully completed a whole treatment with Alignerco. The company is blocking from public view the negative reviews I left for them on Google Maps. They consciously flood their own Google maps profile with fake 5-star reviews.
2) I was clearly cheated to believe their aligners will "fix my teeth" (as per the written communication on the day I was pushed and persuaded to buy a treatment plan).
3) It took their sales rep “Ele” 1 hour to get me to make a purchase for $800, but it takes DAYS for her to respond via email.
4) The Smile Projection I was sent clearly DOES NOT fix my teeth, and they are now coming up with a lame excuse "using aligners alone", without providing any clear guidance as to what else needs to be done for my teeth to be fixed.
5) I have not approved their Smile Projection, because I was manipulated to believe my teeth will be fixed. I have already asked them for a full refund, as per the written statement "Ele" made, on the day I made the purchase.
6) As per the company's website, there's only one doctor in their Expert "team", Dr Anas Athar. No other doctors are listed. With a simple online search, one discovers that Dr. Anas Athar uses INVISALIGN for his own patients and is an Invisalign-approved Elite Provider. There's no mention of Alignerco on his website.
7) Their email responses are visibly AI-scripted, and avoid giving clear responses to the questions I have posed via numerous emails.
Alignerco is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau (USA). On the contrary, the company's BBB rating is B-, because 288 complaints have been filed against them and it takes a very long time for them to respond to complaints.
9) There are tens of recent and older negative (1 star) authentic reviews online about this company, which are hidden below suspicious 5star reviews, where people are clearly disappointed for the services they did not receive and the fake promises they received. Those reviewers are saying this company is a scam, and I believe them by now.
10) I am waiting to see if I will be contacted by the person named “James Myles”, now that I have asked for a refund and I'm posting this negative review.
11) "Ele" kept insisting via emails for me to accept their Smile projection, without caring to first respond clearly to my concerns and questions. I guess they can't wait to start charging me more for a problem they will not fix!
12) Just recently, they emailed me to buy a set of retainers for $495, when my actual treatment has not even started yet.

Easy! Highly recommend doing the zoom meeting to do your impressions correctly. Its not hard or anything but they did have tips and tricks I wouldn't have known. Overall, a good experience so far.
