I’ve had braces back when I was younger, and over the years, my teeth became crooked again. I was very self conscious and wanted aligners for years. I finally found aligner co based on a friends recommendation. I used their aligners about 3 years ago and my teeth are still straight. Everytime I’ve used the customer service, it’s been very helpful as well. So glad I made the choice to go with alignerco.

I am convinced the good reviews are fake! I spent from March to Aug going back and forth with them and never got my braces. They kept saying they were going to send the mold kit but didn't for a month. I had to stay on top of them to get that. Then I get it and send it back within 48 hours. No response for weeks. I had to stay on top of them again. They said that my impressions were approved and they would upload photos. They didnt. No contact from them for weeks. Once again, I had to get on them like hey what's going on. Then they say oh they wer not approved and now I need to pay more money to someone else to get xrays or they could resend the kit and charge me again. Either way, costing me more money. I said send me the info for where to get xrays. It took another TWO MONTHS of going back and forth to finally get it. When I get the dental office info, they didnt take my insurance AND the price was different than what alignerco told me it would be. Here we are, 5 months in, no braces, no refund. I am convinced this is not a real company; It is a scam that sends molds kits but never sends the braces. And now, this far in, they finally say no refunds after 5 days. FIVE DAYS!?!?!?!? That was NOT made known to me prior to purchase, was NOT on the website or Google able info bc I did check everywhere including trustpilot prior to purchase! Five days isnt enough time for anyone to accomplish anything. It took way longer than that just to receive the mold kit! I want a full refund! The customer service is terrible and they never delivered the product I paid for in full in advance! Product never received!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Never send it out and ba you that they’re gonna send it soon and make you leave good reviews when helping install the night guards. Whole company is full of crap. DO NOT ORDER

Love this company the customer service is FAST and EFFICIENT.

My representative was incredibly kind, communicative, answered all questions and made sure I felt comfortable during impression setting times, when things go quiet - even to the point of telling me a made up story, that involved a life lesson. The whole process was easy with him and he made every step clear and straightforward.
