Fast responses and accurate with expectations!

I can't recommend them enough, I had braces as a child and my teeth had shifted back a bit. It wasn't quite bad enough for full braces again and other companies were just charging so much money. I was so happy when I found alignerco because they had a reasonable price point and I love that you could do everything right from home I didn't need to go get a mold done at a dentist. It was fast, easy and reliable, and my teeth look great!

** Update - After my below review, and their response, I did contact AlignerCo, and received my liners next business day, imagine that. They have been relentless since, asking me to change this review and how they are a small family business and this will negatively affect them. But just because you're a small family business, doesn't earn you the right to give poor customer service! People have the right to know this, when deciding if they are going to purchase from your company. So, I will wear the liners as instructed (no instructions were provided, btw, other than what I got 4 months ago with the impression kit), and report back with my final results. I have changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars. I ordered AlignerCo May 28. Today is September 4 and I still don't have my aligners. I received the impression kit and completed & returned them, then its 3-4 weeks before you get a response or update...then another 3-4 weeks for another update. This is unacceptable. They should make this very clear (that they are so backed up or don't have their act together, or whatever their reason is) when you first place your order. They had no trouble taking my money 4 months ago.

The support with Alignerco is always top notch! I appreciate Ele and all they work they’ve done to get my retainers sent to me!

Customer service has been great. My only complaint is there needs to be more instructions that come with the impression box such as how to make your video appt and how it log into the app. I wouldn’t have needed costumer service as much if there had been instructions. The video call was easy and the instructor was helpful
