Far more affordable than regular dentist process, I scanned 3D image at dentist but I was so surprised at final cost that insurance doesn’t cover. And I just wait for actual Aligner at home. Don’t have to go dentist.

Nothing has gone right with their process. Their customer service is terrible — it can take days or even weeks to get a response. We've been waiting since August to receive our braces, and it's now mid-November. I contacted support a couple of days ago and finally got a reply saying, "Due to a backlog, the fabrication process is taking a bit longer than usual, as each aligner set is custom-made and requires careful attention." This is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Stay far away from them!

I ordered my aligners 3 months ago and paid in full and have not received them. Will not recommend your company at all and if not received in next 2 Weeks I will cancel my order and request a full refund and if not granted I will take my issue up legally.

Customer service works hard to make sure a client is happy. The Aligners do work. They are fragile. They take weeks to be made so don’t break or loose them during the retainer timeframe. I still have the gap between my teeth that spreads almost instantly after removing my retainers. The problem is, my gap is why I got the Aligners, so afraid to say they did not solve my purpose for getting them. It was also expensive. I am not sure if I’d recommend them to anyone I know.
