Harry Smith helped walk me through the process of taking my impressions. He gave me very clear explanations each step of the process and verified that the impressions were done correctly. I would highly recommend this company as I received 2 retainers for $225 whereas my orthodontist wanted to charge me $600 for 2 retainers.

They make the whole process easy. I had trouble taking my own impressions so I signed up for the free video session and Ray really helped me, was professional and friendly. This is a great alternative to having to go to a dentist for a lot of visits. I am very pleased.

Don't fall for the low prices, my results were terrible and they did not want to fix it , it is just bureaucracy of pictures and it is never good enough.no follow up, In the end , they wanted to start the whole treatment all over and gave me $ 50 discount !! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND SLOOOOWW

I was a bit hesitant working with an online company for aligners/ teeth correction. However, the process is very straight forward and the customer reps are delightful, especially Jennifer. The only aspect that could use improvement is the payment process. I did not like the fact that I paid the full amount upfront, even before I provided impressions, etc. This part of the business model should be revisited due to building trust with the customer and especially when there are so many scammers out there! I understand protecting the company and their product but I think the customer also deserves protection, especially with a large amount of money expected to be paid upfront. I think that this company should ask for a deposit first (perhaps 30-50% of the total price) as this is more reasonable. Then subsequently, the full amount can then be paid once an agreement has been made and you receive your aligners.
