The cost was reasonable. Aligners fit well. Customer support is decent. Only complaint was a delay between Step 1 and Step 2. Everything else has been good.

The video call with experts helping us make the tray was very useful, don't sleep on it because making it yourself can be tricky. I had an appointment where no one showed up initially, but luckily rescheduling is fast and flexible
