Do not use alignerco. The retainers they sent me didn't fit without causing extreme pain and "Alice" essentially told me to get bent. The reviews show on this site are very likely fraudulent.

Communication could be better, instructions tell you to upload pictures in their app but I ended up having to contact support to get a response on if they were approved or not. Other than that, so far the experience has been easy and straightforward with lots of helpful tools to make sure you get a good impression before treatment.
