It is a good place to work
Pros: 1. Leadership is open to suggestions from reviewers and writers on how a particular domain should proceed. Letting the experts fine tune the tasks/reviewing improves quality 2. Leadership respects fellows time and reward time spent on tasking/reviewing. 3.Leadership promotes a respectful and collaborative environment. When there are contentious issues between writers and reviewers, leadership is quick to remind all of the respectful and professional culture they are trying to promote. Cons: They only recommendation I have is for the leadership to make sure all reviewers align well on the project guidelines so that writers are not confused and frustrated. Some of the reviewers may not be well aligned on these.
